Maybelline - The Falsies Volume Express Mascara

Maybelline
The Falsies Volume Express Mascara
For me mascara is like wine...gets better with age. At the beginning most seem not at all what it says on the tin and they take a while to get... good. I always have to use mascara for ages before I make up an opinion. They are also hard to review so I am finding but I will do best.

The brush is curved which give an ease to application. They have called it a 'Spoon Brush' which I thought was a very cute way of describing it. For me I literally feel as if it just glides on although that could be something of do with the Pro-Keratin and Fibre formula.
This mascara thickens from the roots and gives your lashes that extra volume. I found it works best with fewer coats. It builds well but gradually appears more clumpy and then throughout the day can flake off due to over application.

The colour is jet black which is what every girl wants out of her mascara however I have found when first applied or rubbed the colour easily transfers on to the skin which does sometimes leave me constantly checking to make sure there is no transfer.Overall I do really like the mascara I just think it needs to be used in light layers.
