How To Wear Pin Stripes

I love tailoring and I'm so glad I have finally added some pin stripes in to my wardrobe. They are certainly a classic in the workwear department but who said they couldn't look fashionable too? See how I styled mine to gain some inspiration...

It's been a while since I wore a tailored trouser and I'm not sure why but it was about time I added to my collection. As soon as I saw these when I was out shopping I knew they were going straight in my basket. The pin tuck detailing makes them super flatter than the vertical stripes elongates my petite frame. I actually picked them up in petite too which means no turning the legs up - yay! The best thing about these trousers is they can look great for smart occasions but throw on a tee and trainers then you have got yourself one cool outfit.

There was once a moment in time where I lived in hats and that is another element I seem to have just abandoned in the accessory department but I'm trying to make more of a conscious effort to bring them back, promise. The other accessories such as the layer bracelet and minimal bag keep the look simple but add elements of interest through the gold detailing.
